JKM / SERVICES

Architect of Record

Bringing a design vision to life in New York requires more than translating drawings into construction documents. It requires an understanding of existing buildings, local regulations, and the coordination necessary to realize a project.

JKM Architecture works alongside independent designers, international brands, and project teams as Architect of Record, providing the local architectural expertise needed to advance their work. Our role is to preserve the intent of the original design while addressing the technical, regulatory, and construction requirements of its setting.

Whether supporting a focused retail modification or a more complex interior project, we bring a practical, collaborative approach to implementation.
