03 / OVERVIEW

Overview

Located in Manhattan's Flatiron District, Restaurant Jiho is an upcoming fine-dining destination developed through close collaboration between JKM Architecture and Chef Jiho Kim. Working directly with Chef Kim, JKM is developing the complete architectural and interior design, translating his culinary philosophy into an intimate dining environment. The design explores the relationship between food, space, materials, and atmosphere, with attention to guest experience and the operational requirements of fine dining. Architectural planning integrates dining arrangements, circulation, service functions, and interior detailing. The project is currently in design, with opening anticipated in 2027.
